We built a custom CRM system specifically tailored to Solar YYC’s solar sales pipeline—from initial inquiry to final project completion. The goal was to centralize all leads, automate repetitive tasks, and give the team full visibility into their sales operations. The CRM includes automated lead capture, status tracking, appointment scheduling, follow-up reminders, and structured project stages.
