Vancity Web Design offers services including website development, software development, digital marketing, mobile apps, AI solutions, and multimedia services. Project details, timelines, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, branding materials, and timely feedback. Delays in communication may extend project timelines. Vancity Web Design is not responsible for project delays caused by incomplete or late client submissions.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments must be made according to the terms stated in your project proposal or invoice. Deposits are non-refundable. Work will begin only after initial payment is received. Late or missed payments may result in paused services or delayed delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final website or deliverables unless otherwise specified. However, Vancity Web Design retains ownership of custom code frameworks, internal tools, and development methodologies used to complete the project.

6. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a limited number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional changes, feature requests, or scope expansions may require extra fees and additional time.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party plugins, hosting providers, APIs, or integrations when required. Vancity Web Design is not liable for issues, limitations, or downtime caused by third-party services.

8. Warranties & Limitations

All services are provided “as-is.” While we aim for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality. Vancity Web Design is not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from website use, technical issues, or cyber incidents.

9. Ongoing Support

Maintenance, updates, and long-term support are provided only if included in your package or purchased separately. Projects do not include lifetime support unless stated otherwise.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.

11. Updates to Terms

Vancity Web Design may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
